Shipping is $15.00 for priority mail shipping, handling and insurance based on orders under 1000.  All orders over 1000 chips ship at no charge. * The minimum order for smaller chips is 200. Military and law enforcement in Australia and the UK pay an additional shipping fee based on location.  Email Chief Bud for details. 

All clients are encouraged to mix and match orders to get discounted pricing. (i.e - order 150 chips of one design for the SgtMaj and 150 of a different design for the Commanding Officer).

What is print ready?

Artwork must be 300dpi or higher and CMYK color. If you have good looking graphics but aren't sure if they'll print well, please email Chief Bud for a free evaluation. Photoshop templates are available on this site.  If you're deployed and need smaller files, just say the word.
Preferred file formats: *.psd (Photoshop), *.ai (Illustrator), *.eps (Illustrator and other vector artwork software), *.jpg, *pdf

What are ceramic chips?

Ceramic poker chips are not made out of a real ceramic material or porcelain, but are made of a high density polymer composite material which mimics the feel and sound of actual ceramic. The material used has the ability to accept high resolution full color graphics which are printed directly to the chip material.

How long will the chips take?

Chips take 4 weeks or less plus delivery to you, priority mail.  Due to the high volume of orders, there are no rush services available at this time.

We do NOT accept payment in full for an order until the artwork is approved by both parties.

You will have received an email quote / invoice detailing individual order items. After approval, please contact Chief Bud with your Credit/Debit Card information.  The minute your chips have shipped you'll also receive a tracking number for your records.
